Before I Sleep

Before I go to sleep, I like to meditate on the previous day. I think of things I could’ve changed, and mistakes I made. Trust me every day I find areas where I lack and need improvement.

I use that as a prayer request and challenge myself to be better tomorrow (not perfect, just better). Though I’ll never reach perfection. Each day I  become a little more like Jesus and that is the true accomplishment
