In this new season, the Lord guards me against the traps of the enemy. The snares and the little things I could fall unto. Do not let me get enticed or deceived by the enemy’s words. Do not let me fall for his flattery or for what appears shiny. Lord, be my eyes and ears. Be my discernment. Warn me of things to come and give me the strength to take heed to those warnings.
Help me to flee when it comes to sexual immorality. Help to avoid tempting situations. Help me to refuse to fall into pits of darkness and help me to discern and avoid traps.
Strengthen me during this time and guard me from the enemy. Allow me to remain close to You, to not neglect You. This season helps me to remain watchful and playful so that the enemy might not find an open door to cause havoc.
