Psalm 51
NKJV
5 Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity,
And in sin my mother conceived me.
6 Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts,
And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom.
I want us for today to be just like David and pray God searches our hearts.
We need revelation from God to know what our root issues are. David realised in Psalm 51 that man is evil from birth because of our flesh. Similarly, we have seeds of lust, perversion, pride, etc, but tied inside of us that we won’t always realise. In these sins, David continuously asked to be searched.
Our prayer today is that we ask for it to be searched, revealed, and uprooted.
