Exodus 33:15-17

15 Then he said to Him, “If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here.
God alone is who I Am. He is self-sufficient. He alone does not need anything or anyone. He alone is enough.
We are dependent. We depend on food to live. Who created food? We need relationships and community. Who created a relationship other than the One unity Himself? Who created care, love and joy if not Love, joy and peace himself?
We can claim we are fine without God but we forget God is in everything we need. From love to the food on our plates, to live without God is impossible because, without Him, we would not have a function, a purpose and a direction.
Today I want us to honour God and tell Him how much we need Him. I want you to express your heart to Him and tell Him your need for Him.
Tell Him you need His direction. You need His help. You need His guidance. You need His strength.
We need presence. We can’t do anything without Him.
