Lord, teach me in wisdom. Let my steps, and way of speaking all reflect wisdom. I need it to make the right choices. My understanding and knowledge are limited. I do not know it all and I don’t know best. Even my best choices could be the most foolish. You my Lord know far better than me. You are wise in all your ways. Your understanding is great. Your knowledge is broad. You know beyond me; you know better than me. You’re my Lord who I am depending on for understanding and knowledge.
You said that you give wisdom freely. I ask You today for a wise heart. Give me a discerning heart. Give me understanding that I may walk in Your way properly. Let my choices come from You and flow through You. Let every decision I make be soaked with Your approval and Holy Spirit let me walk with You.
